ABOUT US

F3 Burlington was launched on October 31, 2015 with the help of F3 Greensboro and F3 Winston Salem PAX. Since then, hundreds of Alamance County's finest have joined us in the Gloom to better their Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. Today we have workouts every day of the week and our goal remains to invigorate male leadership in our community.
